Define QA strategy;

Work with development team to verify application design and development process;

Test planning and design to confirm user requirement;

Develop test cases;

Manage test data and test environment;

Execute tests for unit testing, functional regression testing, system integration testing, final quality testing and user acceptance testing;

Analyze, report and resolve variance;

Create automatic test scripts with tools such as WinRunner; and

Manage test process with tools such as Test Director.
